30 Silverglyphics Book Production #1 - Quote

I received a phone call from The Copy Press as a follow up to a meeting at the printing company and now have a quote that allows me to move forward with the final stages of 30 Silverglyphics - A Journey Along the Silk Road.

Book dimensions.

The most important news concerns the dimensions for a soft cover print book published in Nelson, New Zealand. Rather than an A3 book, the new suggestion calls for something approximately 330 x 305 mm. The cover for the soft cover version also needs ammendment since the picture that appeared on it doesn't leave room for the book's name with the new size. I made a new front cover yesterday and you can see that below.

The shape appeals to me, but it means that I need to reset the contents of the book, which will take me a couple of days. I need to see how it sits and decide whether the text should flow onto additional pages, or if a small font size can solve the issue.
