30 Silverglyphics Production #2 - Resetting

I reset the book over the last three days, once with the new page dimensions but keeping my margins, and again with increased margins on the inside and outside. I also changed the front pieces to two columns in addition to other, more minor, changes. I aim to take the file to the printer so that we can do a single proof and then go to the full printing stage. It's maybe a bit optimistic since I can't anticipate every little thing that will happen at the proofing stage.

The reset glossary. I felt the bottom margin not wide enough so I increased it by around one line of text.
